Inner-Façades is a photographic series of approximately forty images featuring chairs placed within carefully constructed environments, photographed with my digital camera in my studio. Each scene is inspired by emotions I experienced during different stages of my life. Through a palette of blues, oranges, and whites, combined with a shallow depth of field, I create images that evoke a range of emotional states—from serenity and lightness to vulnerability, contemplation, and the sensation of floating or sinking.
The chair becomes the representation of the body and the emotional spaces we inhabit. Through thoughtful composition and an authentic emotional approach, I transform this everyday object into a metaphor for human experience, inviting viewers to reflect on their own emotions and inner landscapes through these silent yet expressive forms.
